In the premises of the Fondazione Giorgio Cini, in the small island of San Giorgio Maggiore in
front of the world-famous Piazza San Marco, members of the EASL-CLIF Consortium
and researchers of the European Network for Translational Research in Chronic
Liver Failure (ENTR-CLIF) gathered for a two-day event to discuss relevant
topics in cirrhosis from basic physiopathological mechanisms of ACLF and the
regulatory landscape on the approval of new interventions, to future guidelines
on liver transplantation in ACLF.
