The Governing Board is composed by the Chair and the Vice-Chair of the EASL-CLIF Consortium Steering Committee, the Head of the EF CLIF Data Management Center, the Head of Translational Operations, the Head of Clinical Operations, the General Manager of EF CLIF, and the EF CLIF Director. Appointed members are designated by ex officio members of the Governing Board for their demonstrated leadership and expertise in their field. The Governing Board liaises with the Scientific Advisory Board to discuss any matters concerning the annual research program, publication policy, and strategic planning.
