Prof. Flair Carrilho from Hospital das Clínicas in Brazil and Prof. Richard Moreau from the Centre de Recherche sur l’Inflammation in France both appointed Co-Principal Investigators of the study together with Dr. Alberto Farias from Hospital das Clínicas who was designated Project Manager guided the ACLARA kick-off meeting that took place in São Paulo, Brazil, on 31 August – 1 September 2017.
This two-day meeting counted with the participation of members of the EF CLIF Data Management Center who introduced all logistic and operational procedures.
The meeting offered the opportunity to strengthen collaboration among researchers across seven participating countries (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, and Peru).
