1st ACLARA Investigator Meeting takes place in Punta Cana

On the occasion of the 25th edition of the Latin American Association for the Study of the Liver (ALEH) Congress 2018 in Punta Cana, Domincan Republic, investigators in ACLARA across participating centers met to share views and prospects on the current state of the study.
The meeting gathered 23 investigators to discuss and agree upon operational issues and ethical and legal requirements by participating centers.

The meeting was chaired by Co-Principal Investigators in ACLARA, Prof. Flair Carrilho (Hospital das Clínicas, Brazil) and Prof. Richard Moreau (INSERM, France) and counted with the participation of Prof. Vicente Arroyo (EF CLIF, Spain) and Dr. Alberto Farias (Hospital das Clínicas, Brazil) who serves as Project Manager in the ACLARA study.
